The small black side clips must be opened to release the sides and allow them to fully open. To hang the garment bag, the front side interior flap covers both a small grey strap loop in the center that you can use to hook the bag or lift the loop and use the hole to pass the hanger through and from which you can then hang the bag in the traditional manner. To fold back into duffel shape, lie the Blake out flat, lining side up and lift the side. Zip so that the zippers are close enough to fasten the small black clip. Do the same on both sides. Make sure zipper puller is at the bottom of the track and insert the bottom tooth into the base of the zipper so the two sides are joined and then zip the main compartment closed.
